“Into the future” is going to be a training organized in Garlstedt in Germany which will include 30 youth workers from 6 different countries/territories: Croatia, Greece, Czech Republic, Estonia, N. Macedonia, and Germany.
The goals of the project are:
- Informing and training youth workers in some of the competences from the “Competence Model for Youth Workers”
- Provide a space for sharing knowledge and exchanging experiences and good practices
- Establish long-term partnerships during the training course
All costs for accommodation and food are covered by the Erasmus + programs. Travel costs will be reimbursed up to € 211 for participants from Germany. The participation fee of 30€ per person will be deducted from the reimbursement amount.

Accommodation
We will be accommodated in a youth centre/group house in Osterholz- Scharmbeck, close to the city of Bremen, Germany.
The accommodation will be simple. Participants will be sharing rooms with 3-4 people from different nationalities. We strive to accommodate the diverse needs of our guests when assigning rooms, taking into consideration individual preferences and requirements, including those related to gender identity and expression. Some of the rooms are with private and some with shared bathrooms.
We are the only group in the house. Two of our NaturKultur team members will take care of the food and logistics.

- You are a youth worker/youth leader/educator or a person who is going to work with youth in the near future from your organization
- You are willing to be a part of a multi cultural group
- Your English language skills are sufficient to actively participate in the project, including all the activities.
