“Connecting Cultures” is a training course organized in the Bernese Alps, Switzerland, and will include 30 youth workers from 10 different countries: Switzerland (Host), Ireland, Germany, Kosovo, Spain, Israel, Italy, Palestine, Portugal, Tunisia, and UK.
The goals of the project are:
- To explore cultural diversity and identify the opportunities and challenges it
presents. - To raise awareness and understanding about Intercultural work.
- To share and discover different intercultural work practice in the youth sector.
- To generate creative strategies of how and what youth workers in community
contexts can do to promote best practices in intercultural work within the
youth sector at a local and European level - To raise awareness on Erasmus+ as a resource to improve intercultural work in
the youth sector
Accommodation and food during the training course will be provided by the organizers. 70% of the travel costs of the participants – minus a participation fee of 120 Euros will be refunded after the training course.

- You are 18+
- You are a youth worker/youth leader/educator or a person who is going to work with youth in the near future from your organization
- You are willing to be a part of a multi cultural group
- Your English language skills are sufficient to actively participate in the project, including all the activities.
