This training is hosted by NGO Awero.
Goals of the Training:
- Understand youth policy, youth work systems, and recognition practices in local and international contexts.
- Strengthen your ability to represent the needs, interests, and rights of young people and youth workers.
- Learn to identify relevant advocacy partners and targets in diverse environments.
- Gain skills in producing and communicating advocacy content, both in-person and online.
- Build proficiency in networking and collaborating with peer professionals to achieve impactful results.
All costs for accommodation and food are covered by the Erasmus + programs. Travel costs will be reimbursed up to € 309 for participants from Germany.
The hosting organization will charge a participation fee of €50.

- You are a resident of Germany
- You are a youth worker/youth leader/educator or a person who is going to work with youth in the near future from your organization
- Aged 18 years and older.
- You are willing to be a part of a multi cultural group
- Your English language skills are sufficient to actively participate in the project, including all the activities
