SESD is a long-term project involving partners from EU and WB who are interested in increasing their capacities within youth work and supporting the personal development of young people and youth workers alike.
The aim of the project is to create a learning space for employability and personal development tools, methods and practices to be used by those working with young people supporting them in pursuing diverse career prospects.
This seminar is the second activity of the project, following a training course that took place in Kosovo. It will take place in Durrës, Albania and will gather 30 participants, facilitators/trainers, and 2 staff members. Together they will evaluate the achievements and challenges of the past months after the TC in Kosovo. They’ll also be looking at the ways of improving the human and organizational capacity of young people and youth organizations through new and innovative personal development tools.
