The training course “Soft Skills for Hard Youth Workers” was created with the aim to attract the attention of youth workers to the importance of soft skills, and to offer them the opportunity to explore and experience new methods, tools and techniques created to foster these skills.
You will take part in simulations, role-playing games, team building activities, discussions, reflection sessions, etc. Through the created space, you will improve the autonomy, leadership, flexibility and other skills and competencies that are necessary in your professional and personal life.
At the end of the project, together with other participants you will compile in a document the activities you have created and this document will serve as a guide for the rest of the youth workers who have an interest in the topic of the soft skills and their development.

As part of an international team with participants coming from Spain, Greece, Italy, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, North Macedonia, Romania and Germany, you will be encouraged to share experiences and take initiative.

There is no requirement for experience: everyone is welcome – beginners in the youth work as well professionals with years of experience.
The project is financed by the Erasmus+ program and will be hosted by our partner organisation Associació Cultura Creativa.
All costs for food and accommodation are covered. Travel costs will be reimbursed up to 275€. We charge a 45€ participation fee.
