The Youth Exchange “In Nature we trust” brings together young people from Italy, Spain, Greece, Poland, Estonia and Germany for a week of activities around the topics of Nature and Mindfulness.
Dates: 10. -18. April 2019
Location: Merine, South of Italy
The aim of this project is to re-connect youngsters with nature and themselves through innovative mindfulness and nature-based methods. The activities of the youth exchange will include methods and techniques based on the use of natural elements (such as landscape, sounds, plants around us) with mindfulness-based activities (awareness, meditation, breathing, hearing, touching, focusing, silence, contemplation, compassion, dancing).
The objectives of this Youth Exchange are:
We are looking for 4 participants, aged 22 – 30, who are living in Germany and motivated to contribute to the preparation of their national team before the project, and implement small workshops in their local communities after the end of their time in Italy.
All costs for food and accommodation are covered by the Erasmus+ programme. Travel costs will be reimbursed up to 275€.
There is a 50€ participation fee.
